Module Frame Saw
Semi-automatic mode of operation, cut depending on material; The cut is driven by an electric motor in both directions (upwards and downwards).
By entering the material width, cutting widths, tolerances and saw blade type, the corresponding target positions are calculated and displayed on the control panel. All actual positions of the individual knife carriers are also displayed. The individually numbered knife carriers are shifted to the specified positions and clamped by the operator. If the setting position is correct, the field or the actual value changes from RED to GREEN.
The control can calculate and display path-based correction values. Two different cutting widths can also be processed.
Set values can be saved as components of the pleating programs in the control and automatically displayed when the pleating program is called up. This means that the operator can quickly convert the module.
